For our customer in Luxembourg, we are urgently looking for a Java Software Engineer. As Java Software Engineer you will be involved in the full cycle like analysis, design, maintenance testing, and/or refactoring exercises.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Requirements analysis
Prototyping
Development in accordance to the specifications
Development of unit and integration test suits, plans and programs
Integration with other applications
Production of technical documentation

Profile:

Bachelor or Master degree
Excellent knowledge of J2EE and related open source technologies
Knowledge of Swing, Spring, Junit, Eclipse, LogBack, Maven
Knowledge of XML Technologies: XML, DTD, XSL, XSLT, XML Schema
Knowledge of Web Technologies: HTML, HTTP
Knowledge of DB Techonologies: SQL
Knowledge of Object Oriented Skills: Design Patterns
Good knowledge of English

Nice to have:

Java technology: JSP, Servlet, J2EE, WebServices, Hibernate, Antlr, Jaxb, Jnlp, Webstart
Development methodologies: (e.g. Agile, RUP, Scrum)
Web Technologies : AJAX
DB Techonologies: PL-SQL
