For our customer, we are looking for a Junior Atlassian Consultant who is willing to specialize and certify.
First experience with installing, upgrading, maintenance or configuration of Atlassian products or/and first experience with understanding, analyzing and documenting customer processes and procedures as Business Process Analyst and are you interested to specialize as Atlassian specialist.
As Junior Atlassian Consultant, you will be supporting customers closely throughout application lifecycle phases of solutions assessment, design, implementation, deployment and the delivery of Atlassian collaborative tools.
Tasks and responsibilities:
For our customer, we are looking for a Junior Atlassian Consultant who is willing to specialize and certify.
First experience with installing, upgrading, maintenance or configuration of Atlassian products or/and first experience with understanding, analyzing and documenting customer processes and procedures as Business Process Analyst and are you interested to specialize as Atlassian specialist.
As Junior Atlassian Consultant, you will be supporting customers closely throughout application lifecycle phases of solutions assessment, design, implementation, deployment and the delivery of Atlassian collaborative tools.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop long-term relationships with customers, through managing and interpreting their requirements;
- Install, upgrade, tune, diagnose, and maintain onsite or remotely Atlassian products/infrastructure;
- Document processes, procedures and conventions;
- Regularly analyze the Atlassian infrastructure and make capacity planning recommendations;
- Build and maintain a good technical knowledge on Atlassian products and their add-ons;
Profile:
- Bachelor or Master degree;
- First experience with installing, upgrading, the maintenance or/and configuration of Atlassian products or first experience with understanding, analyzing and documenting customer processes and procedures as Business Process Analyst;
- Knowledge of ITIL or SAFe is an advantage;
- Willing to specialize and certify in Atlassian products;
- Fluent in French, English and good level of Dutch or fluent in Dutch, English and good level of French;
