Talent 4.0 is looking to hire a FULL REMOTE - Business Development Manager - IT Outsourcing solutions (Contract and Permanent recruitment, on-site, offshore or Remote BPO solutions) to join our Talent 4.0 Team.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business through sales activities such as prospecting, marketing campaigns, telemarketing, networking, cold calls, and relationship building.
- Acquiring and Managing new accounts for the assigned countries (UK/Europe) within IT Outsourcing/Staffing space;
- Utilize a consultative sales approach and follow a strategic market plan to develop new business and expand on existing accounts.
- Perform daily follow-up calls, email campaigns, database mining to garner weekly appointments.
- Evaluate and determine the client’s needs and a plan of action to offer workforce solutions. Products: RPO- Recruitment Process Outsourcing, contingency searches, retained searches, white-label staff augmentation, Temp-to-hire, and more….
- Make formal sales presentations and follow-up calls to prospective new business accounts.
- Ensure the IT staffing needs of the accounts are addressed & at the same time maintaining the client relations;
Profile:
- Bachelor or Master degree;
- +3 years of relevant Business Development experience, preferably in IT Outsourcing (onshore/offsshore), RPO-Recruitment Process Outsourcing, contingency searches, retained searches, white-label staff augmentation, Temp-to-hire, and more….;
- Established strong alliances and partnerships with clients and key account representatives through various modes of networking;
- Created new business opportunities and strengthened existing client partnerships in IT Staffing Sales in countries like UK and Europe;
- Focused and goal-oriented with strong communication skills;
- Must have international experience in acquiring IT outsourcing, contract/ permanent IT staffing business;
