We are urgently looking for a FULL REMOTE – (Senior) DevOps Engineer. As (Senior) DevOps Engineer you work in small teams that include product managers, developers and operations people in a highly collaborative way, use the latest technologies and enjoy seeing the direct impact from your work. 

During the corona crisis, interviews will be done through WEBEX, and travel is not required for the interviews. This position is long-term.

This is an 100% remote position. EU candidates need to be fluent in English. This position is also open for freelancers, who would like to commit long-term.

Tasks and responsibilities: 

• Create and maintain custom solutions; 
• Development, implementation and operation of IT systems and processes supporting SaaS applications and platforms;
• Automation of provisioning; 
• Quality controls, security auditing and maintenance; 
• Continuous measurement and improvement of efficiency of operational activities and resources;
• Fluent in English;

Profile:

• Bachelor or Master degree;
• Experience in programming such as: Python or Golang, Ruby, Javascript and others;
• Experience in IaC languages: Terraform, Ansible and others;
• Knowledge in CI/CD tooling: CircleCI, GoCD, Jenkins, GitLab and others;
• Good knowledge in test automation frameworks: test-kitchen, awspec, inspec and others;
• Good knowledge in public cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP;
• Knowledge in containerization: Kubernetes, Docker, helm;
• Experience in API life-cycle management and message bus technologies: APIgee, Kafka and others;
• Experience in web front-end and database products:  Nginx, Postgres, Mongo, Redis;
• Knowledge in monitoring and data analytics tools: Splunk, Elastic, Prometheus, Grafana, AppDynamics and others;
• Networking experience: load balancing, network security, standard network protocols (HTTP/s, DNS, etc.);
• Operating system experience: Linux, Windows;
• Fluent in English;
