We are urgently looking for a REMOTE Senior Graphic design / Graphics Coordinator for an international organization in New York. Candidates need to be fluent in English. All positions are long-term. This position is open for freelancers and employees.

Candidates need to be able to work 2-3 hours per day in the normal office hours of New York, US. (Example 9 AM NY time equals 3 PM European time.)

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute graphic needs for client's initiatives, primarily for web and social media;
• Create branding collateral and guidelines to be disseminated and used by staff and partners;
• Work with departments to develop marketing tools to communicate the client’s mission;
• Prepare engaging flyers, infographics, and presentation decks;
• Produce online videos to market the client’s brand and long-term initiatives;
• Perform other related duties as required by the Digital Communications Manager;
• Maintain and upload Social Media and Web content for client’s website including promotional copy, press releases, media advisories and statements;

Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in journalism, mass communications, public policy, public administration, or a related field;
• +5/+10 years of Graphic design / Graphics Coordinator experience;
• Good experience and knowledge in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Premiere;
• Knowledge of HTML;
• Excellent knowledge of English (both written and verbal) is required;
