We are currently looking for a Senior Java Developer at the European Institutions in Brussels.  We are looking for an employee or a freelancer.  This role is open for European candidates with fluent English.

Are you coming from abroad?
As relocation is required for the duration of the contract, our customer provides relocation support (assistance with finding an apartment, where to register, opening a bank account, how to request child allowance, etc.) and a relocation package.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Business analysis, review of requirements, design of solution and development using Java toolset and other technologies;
• Unit, functional, non-functional, performance, regression testing, pre-release testing, test automation, write & run test cases, write & review tests reports;
• Debugging and testing, root causes analysis, problem follow-up and resolution;

Profile:

• Bachelor or Master degree;
• +5/+10/+15 years of Java development experience;
• Good knowledge of Spring;
• Good knowledge of Hibernate;
• Fluent in English;
