We are urgently looking for an Cisco Jabber Telecom and DC Consultant at the European Institutions in Luxembourg.  EU candidates need to be fluent in English. Workpermit is required.  Relocation is required.  This role is also open for employees.
 
Profile:

• Bachelor or University degree;
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the domain (Voice, video, messaging unifies communication), strong focus on Cisco Jabber;
• Technical domains: Voice Video and Messaging Unified Communication;
• Unified Communication (LDAP, AD, H350, XML, CUCM...);
• Legacy and public telephony technologies - QSIG, Routing Plan, Billing;
• IP Telephony protocols and architectures (SIP, SCCP, RTP, SRTP... );
• VoIP Network protocols including QoS;
• Videoconferencing and telepresence protocols and architectures;
• FAX Services and solutions (MFD, RightFax, Fax Over IP, T38);
• Voice and Mail Messaging solutions (Unity, Exchange..);
• Call center, IVR and Voice Recording solutions;
• Internal and Public Mobile Communication solutions;
• Web Voice Video and Conferencing Solution (and related Security aspects);
• Voice and Video Phone Proxying;
• Traffic encryption (HTTPS, IPSec, GRE,..);
• Operation Management and Service Reporting;
• Fluent English;
