We are urgently looking for an OpenText Administrator in Luxembourg.  As OpenText Administrator you coordinate the different infrastructure tasks involved in the deployment, support and maintenance of the OpenText applications.  Candidates need to be fluent in English.  This position is also open for freelancers.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Deployment, support and maintenance of the OpenText applications;
• Request the server infrastructure, accesses and permissions;
• Install and configure software of the different OpenText application environments;
• Patch OpenText systems to be compliant with the security policies;
• Upgrade OpenText applications with new releases and versions;
• Create and maintain technical documentation: installation, configuration, operation and ...
• Ensure that the OpenText applications are compliant with the desired documented configuration;
• Propose, analyse, create specifications, develop and implement tools to administer and support the infrastructure of the OpenText systems;
• Perform backup/restore, fail-over and disaster recovery tests;
• Provide support to the development teams using OpenText products;
• Validate and implement changes as part of the change and release management processes;
• Perform analysis and resolve incidents as part of the incident and problem management processes;
• Troubleshoot OpenText infrastructure issues;
• Ensure that proper monitoring is put in place for OpenText systems;

 
Profile:

• Bachelor or University Degree;
• +3/+5 years or relevant professional experience
• Experience in administration of OpenText Content Suite 16.2 suite including OT Content Server, OT Archive Center, OT Directory Services, OT System Center (CS16 certification is considered as a key advantage);
• Knowledge of OpenText Template Workspace / Connected Workspace, Live report, Web report;
• Knowledge of other OpenText suite of product and modules (Process Suite, AppWorks, xECM...);
• Windows Server 12, Active Directory;
• Webserver: Microsoft IIS, TOMCAT;
• Experience in IT Service Management operations (EM, IM, CM, RM), understanding of IT architecture principles: networking, security, DNS, storage, proxies, Oracle DB, Java, Android, Basic, Crystal, Python
• Fluent in English;
