Strasbourg, Bas-Rhin · Information TechnologyWe are urgently searching for a Datacenter Program Manager in Strasbourg with at least 10 years of experience in the domain of IT service management in a (Datacenter) complex infrastructure environment.
Tasks and responsibilities:

- Control, follow-up and functional management of the contract;
- Manage any problems that may arise from dissatisfaction with any portion of the service provided;
- Pro-active leadership for the evolution of services and their infrastructures;
- Establish regular service reviews ensuring that all service issues are raised and dealt with effectively, and within required timescales;
- Effectively liaise with subcontractors;
- Report and present to the Steering Committee;
- Organisational follow-up and adaptation;
- Follow-up of alignment to global strategy adopted;
- Create and ensure maintenance of the project quality plan for the Framework Contract;
- Act as escalation actor for each specific contract;
Profile:
- +10 years of experience in the domain of IT service management, within the technological area of infrastructure, communications in Datacenters;
- Programme management skills;
- Project management experience and project management methodologies expertise (PMP or PRINCE2);
- Service management skills;
- Contract management skills;
- Commercial and financial competences;
- Quality planning skills;
- Strategic planning skills;
- Team work and delegation skills;
- Agile, problem solver, able to prioritise;
- Governance;
- Familiarity with escalation processes;
- Preferably: ITIL Expert certified;
- Fluent English required;
