For an international project in Europe, we are urgently looking for a Full remote Senior ServiceNow IRM Developer. Candidates need to have +7 years of IRM ServiceNow experience.

We are looking for a contractor, who is able to work at European time. This position is long-term. Candidates need to be fluent in English.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Build technical design, perform development and configuration, unit testing and production deployment for Policy Compliance, Advance Risk Management, Third Party Risk Management, Audit Management;
• Develop and implement and support Policy and Compliance Module in Servicenow;
• Develop and implement Advance Risk Managment in Servicenow;
• Develop and implement Audit Managment Module in Servicenow;
• Develop and implement Third Party Risk Management Module in Servicenow;
• Maintenance and support of all modules developed post Go Live;
• Ensure that the solution is aligned with the agreed business process design, functional design and with ServiceNow best practices and JTI architecture standards;
• Work with customers to gather business requirements and provide advisory on possible process improvements;
• Ensure that system documentation is completed and delivered prior to Go-Live and post Go-Live;

Profile:

• Bachelor or Master degree;
• +7 years of ServiceNow platform experience;
• +7 years in implementations of IRM modules in ServiceNow;
• 5 Full cycles in ServiceNow projects for multinational companies;
• UCF integration with ServiceNow;
• IRM, Audit Management, BCM, TPRM Module of ServiceNow;
• ITSM and GRC in ServiceNow;
• JavaScript in ServiceNow;
• Configuring Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, ACL;
• Implementation and experience in web-based integration (SOAP , REST) and any other type of integration;
• ServiceNow Certifications is an advantage;
• Fluent in English;
